Stand away from the security desk, and/or behind a pillar that obstructs the guard's view. You will  then need to wait for someone to go in or out and take the opportunity to enter. An alternative is, from the main entrance turn right and keep walking until you find the service lift lobby entrance, which is generally open for anyone to walk in or out. Don't take the service lift up though, as inconsiderate ex-residents dumped their unwanted junk all over the cargo lobby on upper floors and you won't be able to get past.
